Refund Policy

HOW REFUNDS WORK HERE

Every VU app and bundle is sold on a one-time, lifetime basis. Pay once, use it for life. Because there are no recurring subscriptions, there is no fixed money-back window and no cancellation flow — there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds are issued on the honor system: if a purchase was a mistake, if something is genuinely broken on our end, or if a charge was duplicated, we will make it right. No policy template, no time limit, no fine print. Email [email protected] and we will respond.

WHEN WE REFUND

  • Billing errors: Duplicate charges, wrong amount, wrong product. Always refunded in full, no questions asked.
  • Genuinely broken software: If a critical feature is broken and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund what you paid.
  • Mistaken purchase: If you bought the wrong app or didn't realize it was a one-time payment, contact us. We sort it out.
  • Pre-launch / early access: If an app was sold pre-release and we never ship, you get a full refund.

WHEN WE DON'T REFUND

Because the model is "use it without limits, pay if it earns it," we trust customers to decide before they pay. After payment, we still aim to make things right — but we may decline a refund when:

  • The request is a buyer's-remorse months after heavy use of a working product
  • The request comes from an account flagged for fraud or terms-of-service violations
  • The product was a gift purchased for someone else (refund goes to the original payer)
  • The dispute is filed via a chargeback before contacting us (see Dispute Prevention below)

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

One method. No form, no phone tree.

  2. Include your order ID (or the email you used at checkout) and a one-line reason
  3. We respond within 24 hours, usually faster

REFUND PROCESSING TIMES

Refunds are sent back to the same wallet that paid. Processing time depends on which network you used:

Network conditions can stretch these timings. If a refund is taking longer than 72 hours, email us and we'll trace it.

DISPUTE PREVENTION

Before opening a chargeback, please email us first. We typically resolve issues within 24 hours. Chargebacks take weeks, can suspend your account during review, and rarely move faster than just talking to us.
