There is no contact form on this page.
A contact form would require capturing your name and email through our infrastructure, and we have designed VuAppStore not to do that. Instead, here are the channels through which you can reach VuLabs Inc.

When you email us, your email provider learns that you contacted us. For sensitive correspondence, use PGP. For maximally sensitive correspondence, use a privacy-respecting operating system and a disposable email address.

Response times
VuLabs Inc is a small team. Expect responses in days, not hours. Security disclosures sent to [email protected] with a PGP-encrypted body are prioritized.
Channels we do not operate
- Live chat widgets — they load tracking JavaScript.
- Phone support — we have no way to verify identity, which is the point.
- Account-recovery via "ID verification" — see /no-recovery.
- Outbound "customer success" outreach — we do not know who our customers are.
